We are looking for an experienced Senior Full\-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Groovy, Grails, and React to join a high\-performing engineering team. What You'll Be Doing
✔Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Groovy, and Grails
✔ Build modern, responsive, and reusable UI components using React
✔ Own API design, data modeling, and module\-level architecture
✔ Drive code quality through reviews, best practices, and technical mentorship
✔Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
✔ Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps teams
✔ Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability
Required Skills
\- Strong expertise in Java, Groovy, and Grails
\- Advanced experience with React, JavaScript, and jQuery
\- Strong understanding of System Design, Design Patterns, and Architecture Principles
\- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs and Microservices
\- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
\- Experience working in Agile development environments
Good to Have
\- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
\- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
\- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, observability, and production support
\- Experience with automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment automation
\- Understanding of scalable and highly available cloud\-native architectures
AI \& Engineering Productivity
We encourage modern engineering practices and AI\-assisted development. Experience with GitHub Copilot for:
