Must-have experience & skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution/system architecture (or equivalent senior engineering with strong architecture ownership).

• Proven experience designing large-scale software systems (distributed systems, microservices, APIs).

• Hands-on or design-level expertise with:

• Kubernetes (deployment patterns, scaling, reliability concepts)

• Kafka (streaming concepts, integration patterns)

• Airflow (or similar workflow/workload orchestration tools)

• Strong architecture fundamentals: security-by-design, resiliency, performance, maintainability.

• Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical designs and guide delivery.

Nice to have

• DevOps skills (CI/CD, automation, infrastructure-as-code concepts).

• Testing experience (test strategy, quality gates, non-functional testing).

• Broader open source stack exposure (Linux, PostgreSQL, etc.) as supportive context for the platform.

• Observability/monitoring/logging patterns in production-grade environments.
