Lead Java Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will guide a team in creating a innovative software application, utilizing **Java Spring Boot ,Microservices** for back\-end development and Javascript ,Bootstrap for front\-end development. This role demands a combination of technical proficiency and leadership skills to drive project success and ensure the delivery of high\-quality results.

**Experience:** 6\+ years as Team Lead or Senior Developer

**Key Responsibility Area**

· Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle.

· Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both front\-end and back\-end components of our software application.

· Utilize Java Spring Boot ,Microservices for back\-end services and Javascript, Bootstrap for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces.

· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

· Ensure that all development processes adhere to best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.

· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

· Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous learning and development.

· Drive productivity improvements by integrating AI\-powered tools and automation into development workflows, optimizing code efficiency, and enhancing team performance.

**Requirements**

· Proven experience as a Team Lead or in a similar leadership role in software development. Expertise in Java Spring Boot for back\-end development and basic experience in front\-end development.

· Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders.

· Exposure to software quality \& assurance

· Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

**Qualifications**

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum of 6\+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java Spring Boot and Basic front end developement experience . Proven experience in a leadership role is preferred.

· Previous experience leading development teams and managing projects.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹900,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
