Your impact
Responsible for performing and reviewing piping stress analysis for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and review piping stress analysis using CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE .
Analyze piping systems connected to pumps, compressors, reactors, columns, vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers.
Prepare/review stress reports, support designs, and engineering deliverables.
Review piping layouts, plot plans, isometrics, and interdisciplinary drawings.
Perform nozzle load evaluations, trunnion calculations, and flange leakage checks.
Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, and Piping teams.
Guide junior stress engineers and support project execution.
Support surge analysis and slug flow studies.
Here's what you'll need
8–13 years of experience in Piping Stress Engineering for industrial projects.
Hands\-on experience with CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE .
Strong knowledge of ASME B31\.3 and relevant international codes.
Exposure to American and European standards.
Good technical, coordination, and mentoring skills.
