About the role:
- Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, intermediate products and finished pharmaceutical products for release, stability and post-importation testing
- Conduct chemical and instrumental analysis according to approved testing methods.
- Prepare reagents, standards and solutions for laboratory testing.
- Record and report accurate laboratory results.
- Identify and report out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results.
- Assist with laboratory investigations, validation protocols and audits.
- Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained.
- Comply with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), GMP requirements and SOPs.
- Maintain laboratory safety, housekeeping and documentation standard
Minimum requirements
- National Diploma, BTech or BSc in Analytical Chemistry or Biotechnology.
- Approximately 2-3 years of laboratory experience.
- Experience with chemical analysis and laboratory instrumentation.
- Pharmaceutical laboratory experience is preferable for this role.
