Job is responsible for the Incoming Quality Control.
Your profile
Key Responsibilities & Authority:
- Verify incoming products as per agreed Quality Plan
- Create Inspection Report
- Enter / Manage data of inspection result to / with ERP.
- Write Non-Conformance reports and facilitate Root Cause and Corrective Action as needed.
- Communicate with responsible suppliers about the NCR.
- Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure.
- Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure Zero NCR from Internal Customer.
Minimum Qualifications, Minimum Experience and Competency:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics with 8+ years / bachelor’s in engineering mechanical/electrical & Electronics with 5+ years’ experience in Incoming Quality Control.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions along with necessary confidence.
- Basic knowledge of Quality Tools and necessary knowledge on Measurement Tools
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22163 requirements related to role.
- Experience in Rolling stock industry will have additional weightage.
