We are looking for an experienced **Oracle ERP Manager** to lead the implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP systems. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive efficient business processes across finance, and operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage Oracle ERP Cloud **implementations, upgrades, and support** * Collaborate with **business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain)** to gather and translate requirements * Oversee **configuration, customization, and integration** of ERP systems * Manage and mentor a team of **functional and technical consultants** * Drive **process improvements and system optimization** * Ensure **data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance** * Handle **issue resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements** * Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication * Support **financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements**
**Required Skills \& Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field * 5–8 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP solutions * 2–4 years of experience leading ERP projects or managing teams * Strong hands\-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as: + Financials + Procurement + Accounts Payable (AP) + Accounts Receivable (AR) + General Ledger (GL) + Fixed Assets + Cash Management + Project Billing and Enterprise Contracts * Experience working with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain processes * Experience in **end\-to\-end ERP implementation projects** * Exposure to **data migration, automation, and digital transformation initiatives** * Certifications in **Oracle ERP (Cloud)** are a plus HCM experience is an added advantage *
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Oracle ERP Cloud Knowledge of reporting tools such as: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Basic understanding of SQL, Integrations \& APIs. *
