Create reusable components and design system patterns that support consistent, efficient development.
-
Work directly with customers, test prototypes, and iterate based on feedback.
-
Partner with backend engineers to bring product experiences into production.
What We're Looking For

At least 4 years of experience designing and building products at fast-growing startups, or exceptional early-career work demonstrating strong product taste and shipping ability.

A portfolio or personal website showcasing UI/UX work you personally took from concept to production, with examples of contemporary interface design.
-
Experience owning product design decisions, user flows, and interface behavior, including the ability to explain the business logic behind a workflow.
-
Strong frontend skills and experience building production interfaces with React and TypeScript.
-
Good visual judgment, systems thinking, initiative, and a willingness to share work early and balance craft with speed.
