Role Description: L&D Consultant

Client connects to understand the learning need
-
Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirements
-
Designing of learning solution journeys in line with the client requirement
-
Provide high level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.

Leading the project management for projects in scope
-
Demonstrating thought leadership
Role Requirements:

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in Learning and Development
-
Strong internal and external client service orientation
-
Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of KNOLSKAPE’s technology products and solutions.
-
Travel would be occasional
Qualification:
-
8+ years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development role
-
Knowledge of established L&D frameworks, solutions, theories
-
Awareness and exposure to assessments- behavioral, knowledge-based, psychometric and others

Knowledge of Digital learning
