Team Leader – Business Development | Blitz Energy India Pvt. Ltd.
Experience Required: 3–6 years in Sales / Business Development, with 1–2 years of team-handling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Recruit, train, guide and motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Generate sales revenue through the team and ensure monthly revenue targets are achieved.
- Drive B2B product sales in Electrical, Energy & Education segments.
- Set individual targets and track daily/weekly team performance.
- Develop new clients, markets, dealers and business opportunities.
- Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and payment.
- Coach team members on sales, negotiation and conversion techniques.
- Prepare sales reports and revenue forecasts for management.
