🚀 About the project
We are looking for an experienced Squad Lead / Senior Technical Lead to support the development and scaling of an enterprise-grade AI platform for regulated and mission-critical environments.
The platform operates in both SaaS and on-premises environments, including deployments without internet access.
You will combine hands-on technical leadership, architecture, and delivery ownership, ensuring that architectural decisions translate into reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

🧠 Your responsibilities

lead technical delivery and coordinate the engineering work of the squad

translate platform requirements into technical plans and sprint commitments

guide architectural decisions, implementation quality, security, and reliability
-
identify technical and delivery risks and drive corrective actions

collaborate with product, infrastructure, and architecture stakeholders

support delivery across SaaS, on-premises, and disconnected environments
-
mentor senior engineers and maintain technical ownership of delivered solutions
🧩 Must haves
-
10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership
-
strong background in software architecture and system design, preferably backend or full-stack
-
experience with Python, Go, or Java (Python preferred)

solid understanding of distributed systems

experience with cloud and on-premises architectures
-
practical knowledge of security, reliability, and observability
-
experience integrating LLM or AI capabilities into software products
-
proven track record of leading senior engineers and delivering complex technical initiatives end to end

strong ownership, communication, and decision-making skills

good command of English

experience with Kubernetes and GitOps

knowledge of air-gapped deployments

experience with threat modelling, Zero Trust, or software supply-chain security
-
knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or Pulumi
