Your mission
- Manage infrastructure: Administration, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure (servers, networks, clients, and storage).
- Provide user support: First- and second-level support for colleagues experiencing hardware and software issues (including mobile devices, Windows, and Linux).
- Manage systems: Administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, as well as virtual environments (Hyper-V, Proxmox) and on-premises infrastructure.
- Manage networks: Configuration and monitoring of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall systems.
- Ensure security: Implementation and monitoring of backup strategies as well as IT security and data protection policies.
- Implement and monitor compliance with the EU Machinery Directive and the Cyber Resilience Act (2027) in both corporate IT and product development
- Drive projects forward: Collaborate on IT projects such as the implementation of new software (e.g., an ERP system and purchase-to-pay systems) or new hardware
- Website maintenance and support: Plan and implement updates, backups, and security measures. Knowledge of PHP and WordPress is a plus
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Digital Networking (m/f/d), IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d), or comparable IT-related training
- Alternatively, a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of IT security, backup, and monitoring
- Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- Strong customer focus and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
