Sales Representative
The Sales Representative will play an important role in supporting our sales team by finding new customers, assisting with daily sales activities, and making sure customer needs and transactions are handled smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential customers through trade exhibits, telephone inquiries, online research, and other lead-generation activities.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Sales Executives in handling daily customer requirements and sales transactions.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to address customer concerns related to product quality, order processing, and delivery.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, monitoring customer payments, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports and customer account updates.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates with relevant work experience may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to initiate customer contact and conduct timely follow-ups.
- Basic numerical and administrative skills, with the ability to monitor sales transactions and prepare reports accurately.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
