Our client, a leading private higher education institution, is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Managing Partner to spearhead the growth and development of its Corporate Education division.
This is an opportunity for a strategic business leader to shape the institution's corporate education offering, build influential relationships with C-suite executives and translate organisational leadership needs into bespoke education solutions that deliver measurable impact.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in corporate consulting, executive-level stakeholder engagement and business development, together with a proven ability to drive revenue growth, oversee budgets and lead high-performing teams. A minimum of a Master's-level qualification is essential, alongside the commercial insight and ambition to unlock new opportunities and deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s level qualification (e.g., MBA, MEd, MCom or equivalent).
- Significant experience in consulting with corporate clients at the C-suite level.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing customised leadership education programmes.
- Proven ability to manage and exceed revenue and performance targets.
- Strong experience managing budgets and driving financial performance.
- Senior leadership experience managing teams and managers of teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and project management skills.
