Marketing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects from initial planning through to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and delivery plans across various client accounts.
- Coordinate campaign activities and ensure launches are aligned with business requirements and timelines.
- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to manage incoming project requests and allocate work accordingly.
- Collaborate with department managers to address resource constraints and balance workloads across teams.
- Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain project management systems, workflows and supporting documentation.
- Identify potential delays or delivery challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Review completed projects to identify opportunities to improve processes and overall delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' project management experience within a marketing, creative or agency environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, [URL Removed] or Jira.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Comfortable taking ownership of projects while working across different teams.
Advantageous
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile project management certification.
- Previous agency experience managing varied client accounts and campaign deliverables.
