This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong leadership abilities, a passion for client relationship management, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive individual and team sales performance to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of sales consultants.
- Manage and convert incoming leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct daily team briefings and provide sales coaching where required.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sustainable lead-generation strategies.
Requirements:
- Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 7 years' sales experience.
- Strong experience in corporate sales, key account management, or business development.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Own reliable transport and willingness to travel when required advantages
