We are looking for a highly skilled AI & Automation Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be the mastermind behind our internal and external workflows, connecting high-performance backend systems, cutting-edge AI/LLM pipelines, and third-party tools. You will build the automated engines that power our multi-tenant SaaS platform. What you'll do:
- Design & Orchestrate Automations: Build, deploy, and maintain robust automated workflows and background processes that drive our e-commerce and AI operations.
- API & Webhook Mastery: Develop and maintain deep integrations with third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Implement and manage message queues and background job processing to handle high-volume asynchronous tasks.
- AI Integration: Connect our AI/LLM pipelines into automated triggers, turning static AI models into active, autonomous agents (e.g., automated ticket resolution, smart routing).
- Backend Engineering: Develop scalable microservices and scripts using Node.js/Express and optimize database interactions with MySQL at scale.
- Infrastructure & Deployment: Manage your automation environments on AWS using an Infrastructure-as-Code discipline.
- Data Integrity: Ensure robust multi-tenant SaaS data isolation across all automated pipelines and data syncs.
- Full-Stack Collaboration: Work alongside our teams to expose automation controls and logs to end-users.
What you’ll bring:
- Automation Expertise: Proven experience as a Backend or Automation Developer with a strong focus on building custom integrations, workflows, and cron jobs in Node.js.
- Integration Skills: Deep expertise consuming and creating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and handling Webhooks securely. Familiarity with workflow tools (like n8n, Make, or custom orchestration engines) is a major plus.
- Asynchronous Processing: Hands-on experience with Redis, message brokers (RabbitMQ, AWS SQS), and background job queues (e.g., BullMQ).
- Database Mastery: Solid experience with MySQL at scale (query optimization, indexing) for logging and retrieving automation states.
- Applied AI: Practical knowledge of triggering AI/LLM pipelines (OpenAI/Gemini) within automated workflows, including basic RAG concepts.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong AWS experience, specifically with EKS and Helm, adhering to Git/CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Docker) for deploying your automations.
- SaaS Understanding: Solid grasp of multi-tenant architectures and data isolation strategies.
