We are looking for a skilled Power BI Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our reporting ecosystem, with a strong focus on finance, risk monitoring, and operational metrics. You will work at the intersection of complex data modeling, business analytics, and executive decision-making. What you'll do:

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Build and maintain data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
Work with SQL and different data sources to extract, validate, and analyze data.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into BI solutions.
Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and improve existing reports, datasets, and refresh processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Architect and maintain N8N workflows to enhance our product's intelligence.

What you’ll bring:

2+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), Data Modeling (Star Schema), and Power BI Service (workspaces, refresh management).
Solid knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data transformation for reporting.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles and user-centric dashboard design.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ability to work in Agile environments with a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Bonus Skills:

Experience with the Azure ecosystem (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks).
Advanced Power BI features: Dataflows, Row-Level Security (RLS), deployment pipelines, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of data governance, report lifecycle management, and BI development best practices.
Experience with financial, risk, or fraud reporting is a significant plus.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms or data warehouses.
