What We’re Looking For Core Skills:
- React & Next.js Expertise: Strong mastery of Hooks, SSR, SSG, and the App Router
. TypeScript Proficiency: Deep understanding of typing strategies and large-scale project structuring.
- Tailwind CSS Mastery: Expert grasp of utility-first styling and best practices. Cross-Framework Adaptability: Ability to work in other frameworks like Vue or Nuxt if required.
- AI & Agentic AI Skills: Understanding of LLMs, AI agents, agentic workflows, tool/function calling, and MCP (Model Context Protocol). Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs and AI-powered features into web applications, with familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
