- Assist the Director of Band with a wide array of tasks necessary for the instrumental side of the Department of Music to function successfully.
- Duties will be wide ranging with examples of duties as follows:
- Clerical work (post office pickup, program creation/printing/folding, concert/recital streaming, library cataloging, music copying and preparation, maintaining the instrument library and rentals, etc.)
- Setup for rehearsals (concert bands and marching band, including field lining, water stations, etc.) and concerts
- Equipment transport to campus and/or off campus venues
- Other duties as needed
- assisting the Chair of the Department of Music as needed
