About the Role
MyDaddy Microtech Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead and manage multiple engineering and project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, effective team coordination, client satisfaction, and overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple projects.
- Coordinate with clients, supervisors, contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BOQ, Measurement Sheets, RA Bills, project reports, and related records.
- Monitor project budgets, direct purchases, vehicle expenses, and other site-related costs.
- Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment across all project sites.
- Identify project risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain project quality, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Review and validate contractor bills before approval.
- Ensure Daily Performance Reports (DPR), material requirements (IMS), and project updates are submitted on time.
- Maintain and update the Project Management System (PMS) and internal reporting systems.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and support project teams.
- Present weekly project status reports and progress updates to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings and follow-ups.
- Lead, mentor, and support supervisors and project teams to achieve project objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Management, Site Operations, Engineering Projects, or Facility Management.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, Measurements, RA Billing, Project Documentation, and Site Execution.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and Project Management Software.
