This is an opportunity to develop your accounting skills while playing a key role in managing supplier transactions, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting efficient payment operations within a diversified company representing renowned international brands across the FMCG, pharmaceutical and fresh products sectors.
What You'II Do

Process supplier invoices and credit notes through our ERP system

Match supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received notes, investigating any discrepancies.

Manage recurring invoices, credit card statements, prepayments and expense claims

Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding purchase orders

Assist with month-end closing activities and related financial reconciliations

What We're Looking for:
- HSC with ACCA Applied Knowledge level, a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' experience in accounts payable.
- ERP and good Excel skills; Oracle experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Mauritian VAT and import documentation is a plus.
- Good command of English and French.
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
