Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our engineering coaching institute. The candidate will be responsible for branch administration, student admissions, counselling, staff coordination, marketing activities, and achieving overall branch growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and administrative activities.
- Handle student enquiries, counselling, admissions, and fee collection.
- Coordinate with faculty members and administrative staff.
- Monitor student attendance, batch schedules, and classroom activities.
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions and enrolments.
- Handle parent interactions and resolve student-related concerns.
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities.
- Maintain admission records, fee records, and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth functioning and overall growth of the branch.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in branch management, education, coaching institutes, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Experience in student counselling, admissions, and sales.
- Good administrative, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve admission targets.
