Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and own the overall creative vision and strategy for the Astroyogi brand.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative campaigns.
- Ensure all creative output - digital, social, video, and web. Aligns with brand messaging and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, content creators, and external partners.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate work quality.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and performance teams to integrate creative strategies across functions.
Execution & Innovation
- Oversee the creative process from concept through execution and delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging design techniques, and creative best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Brand Stewardship
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Act as a champion for Astroyogi’s brand identity, ensuring every creative asset reinforces the brand’s tone and values.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative roles, with significant experience in leadership or creative direction.
Demonstrated Expertise
- Strong portfolio showcasing original and effective creative work across digital, social, and brand campaigns.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand development, and design principles.
