You will provide advanced technical support and subject matter expertise across workplace technologies, driving a secure, efficient, and collaborative digital workplace while staying ahead of emerging trends and maintaining comprehensive support documentation and standard operating procedures.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement and digitalization opportunities through automation and digital solutions.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into practical, scalable solution requirements via low code/no code platform and related technologies.
- Provide governance and solution oversight for low-code and automation solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and standards.
- Build organizational digital capability through solution enablement, knowledge sharing, training, and adoption.
Collaborate with global Enterprise Solution & Services teams, regional peers, and vendors to deliver and scale digital solutions across the enterprise.

What You Need to Succeed

Degree or Master in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

At least 8 years of experience in the industry.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, low-code/no-code technologies, and enterprise applications.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical solution designs.

Ability to work effectively with global teams and regional peers in a collaborative enterprise environment.
