**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Manager, Human Resources Operations to lead our HR Services, Payroll, and HR Reporting Functions. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering accurate, compliant, and efficient HR and payroll services while providing timely workforce reporting and insights that support informed decision\-making across the organisation.
Success in this role means delivering efficient, accurate, and people\-focused HR Services and payroll. It involves supporting employees and managers, ensuring HR processes are compliant and run smoothly, improving systems and processes, and building positive working relationships.
The role is Ongoing Full\-time position.
