**What you'll be doing**

As a Senior Clinical Dietitian Level 3, you will provide advanced nutrition assessment, intervention and counselling for patients with complex clinical needs while demonstrating leadership within the Dietetics and Nutrition service.* You will play a key role in shaping and enhancing dietetic services through quality improvement, research, education and clinical governance initiatives. * Deliver expert clinical dietetic care to inpatients and outpatients with complex and diverse health conditions * Lead and contribute to service development, quality improvement, accreditation and evidence\-based practice initiatives * Provide clinical supervision, mentoring and education to dietitians, students, health professionals and consumers * Develop, review and implement clinical policies, procedures, patient resources and nutrition education materials * Act as a specialist nutrition resource and consultant while balancing clinical priorities in a fast\-paced healthcare environment

Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. **Essential Requirements*** Qualification: Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer that provides eligibility for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia.

**Selection Criteria*** Demonstrated extensive post graduate clinical dietetics experience, including specialist knowledge in a particular area of dietetics and/or a broad generalist knowledge of clinical nutrition * Demonstrated evidence of providing advice to managers on clinical service evaluation and application of evidence base practice in service development. * Demonstrated experience in the clinical supervision of staff and evidence of contribution to education activities related to an area of expertise * Well\-developed communication, coaching and facilitation skills. Ability to work as an effective team member * Excellent time management and organisation skills. Ability to prioritise workload and work independently * Able to display good computer skills and experience with Cbord or equivalent and Cerner * Experience in designing, implementing, leading, developing and evaluating research/quality improvement projects.
