**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior Front End Developer to lead the development, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Library's websites and digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high\-quality, user\-centred, interfaces across multiple Library websites, managing the technical aspects of web development, and providing expert support for the Library's Drupal content management system (CMS).

Some key responsibilities include:

* Develop and maintain accessible, responsive and user\-centred interfaces across Library websites and digital platforms that align with industry best practice and the Library's strategic objectives. * Lead the development and maintenance of Drupal themes, templates and front\-end solutions, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across all devices. * Provide expert support for the Library's websites and Drupal content management systems, including troubleshooting, upgrades, testing, technical documentation and continuous improvement activities. * Collaborate with developers, designers and business stakeholders to deliver effective digital solutions and successfully implement web and CMS\-related projects on time and within budget.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have the following knowledge and experience:* Demonstrated knowledge of and proficiency in Drupal, including custom module development, key contributed modules and core API * Experience developing accessible and responsive websites and applications * Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant equivalent experience in web development processes.

**Talent Pool**
