What you'll be doing
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides support and guidance to managers and staff on workforce related matters.
People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:* Relevant tertiary qualifications, or working towards such and/or experience in Workforce/Human Resources management.
- Demonstrated experience in generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, change, job evaluation, recruitment and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organisation, in a variety of formats and situations, including written and verbal communication skills.
