  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
  • Customer Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their operational needs and provide guidance on best practices for system utilization.
  • Validation & Testing: Conduct system validation campaigns, software updates, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Product Improvement: Provide feedback to internal engineering teams based on real-world deployments, contributing to product enhancements.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals while conducting customer training sessions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the engineering, product management, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering (including Electronics, Communications or Instrumentation), Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of robotics systems, kinematics, dynamics, and motion planning.

  • Hands-on proficiency with Python, C/C++, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-50% domestically and internationally.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Influencing and aligning cross functional teams towards specific goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI-driven perception systems and robotic manipulation.
  • Prior experience in field service, customer support, or system integration within the robotics industry.
