You'll join the L&D Division, Healthcare Expansion Department to support Continuing Education (CE) & Supertails Training Academy and get a working view of how training actually runs at a fast-growing veterinary care company: the certifications, the mock drills, the rollout schedules, and everything that keeps them on track. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You'll own the operational and administrative backbone of the function, from scheduling and documentation to tracking and coordination. It suits someone organized, dependable, and genuinely comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the trackers that answer “who's certified, who isn't, and what's next”: training completion, roster-linked headcount, certification status
- Coordinate the calendar for sessions, mock drills, and reviews across clinics so nothing falls through
- Build the numbers story behind training such as participation rates, completion percentages, budget tracking
- Run logistics for certification rollouts such as Fear Free and In-Patient Department (IPD) emergency drills
Requirement
- Comfortable with AI tools, and able to put them to work inside Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Pursuing or recently completed post-graduation; a background in management or I/O psychology preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented, the kind of person who owns a tracker instead of just updating it
- Clear written communication in English
- Open to working with clinical-adjacent content; no clinical background needed
