About the role:
Designation Title: Sr. Veterinary Doctor Reporting to: CVO Job location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai. Detailed job description:
- Lead the veterinary practice for the healthcare center or specialization (e.g Derma care)
- Recruit Train develop a team of Associate vets, paravets and handlers.
- Develop strategic partnerships, associations, and network to solve for health care management for Pets.
- Mentor and career development for the best veterinary colleges in India.
- Bring international standards in pet handling care and cure to India.
- Play a crucial role in efficient and effective execution of physical outlets.
- Solve for primary preventive predictive planned healthcare in India.
- Manage operational levels – quality and serviceability of outlets.
- Audit reviews and adherences to protocols processes workflows in the city. Skill and Competencies:
- Strong people management and inter-personal skills
- Vendor management and supplier/brand associations
- Pricing, catalogue management, offering, customizations.
- Training and development.
- Leading and developing teams.
- Quality Audit Review
- Customer connect, drive customer delight. Experience requirement:
- 7+ years’ experience in Veterinary practice
- 3+ years’ experience in surgery and regular practice on ABC and planned procedures like Dental
- Association with NGOs, Welfare centers, Rescue centers work in Animal Welfare.
- Experience in small animal practice 3+years
