About the Role:
Supertails is looking for a Catalogue & Procurement Operations Intern to support the offline clinic vertical — helping manage product/SKU catalogues, vendor coordination, and procurement operations across our network of veterinary clinics in Bangalore.
What You'll Do

Assist in maintaining and updating product catalogues (consumables, equipment, grooming products) across Shopify & ERP

Support vendor coordination — collecting quotes, margin sheets, and rate cards from consumables vendors

Help track procurement cycles and stock replenishment across clinics

Assist with data entry and cleanup for inventory and pricing sheets

Support category-wise budget tracking for clinic setups and expansions

Coordinate with clinic teams to understand ground-level stock and ordering needs

Prepare basic trackers/reports for ongoing projects
Who We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any stream; supply chain, operations, or business preferred)

Strong with Excel/Google Sheets

Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive data work

Good communication skills — will coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Prior internship experience in operations/procurement is a plus, not mandatory
