Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who can create visually compelling designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout design, and the ability to translate complex biotech concepts into engaging visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, social media creatives, and website graphics
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions
- Create infographics and visual content to simplify scientific/technical information
- Work on packaging design, product labels, and promotional materials
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand standards
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design (biotech/healthcare experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles
- Ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality work
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in biotech, pharma, or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Understanding of scientific communication or medical illustration
