Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can transform financial data into meaningful business insights, support strategic planning, and help drive profitability and business growth.

What You'll Do
- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare financial models, profitability analyses, and business performance reports.
- Analyze sales, margins, labor costs, and operating expenses to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop management reports, financial dashboards, and KPI presentations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Work closely with Operations and other departments to support business decisions and improve profitability.
- Support cash flow and working capital analysis in coordination with Treasury.
- Improve financial reporting processes through SAP, automation, and digital tools.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Management Accounting, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and communicate findings clearly to management.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar financial reporting tools is an advantage.
- CPA, CMA, or CFA qualification is an advantage but not required.
