Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the entire product design process, from user research to wireframing and prototyping, ensuring that our products meet both business requirements and user needs. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD.
- Develop responsive web designs that ensure optimal performance on mobile devices.
- Utilize design thinking principles to enhance interaction design and user flows.
- Implement design patterns that adhere to web accessibility standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical specifications (experience with Angular, React, or JavaScript is a plus).
- Analyze user data using tools like Google Analytics 360 to inform design improvements.
- Participate in A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and iterate based on feedback.
- Maintain documentation of design processes, including user acceptance testing results and business requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design projects.
- Proficiency in front-end development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture).
- Knowledge of interaction design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, or similar.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and their integration into product designs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
