Job Overview :
Designation: Executive / Senior Executive Warehouse
Location: Ahmedabad
Department: SCM – Warehouse & Logistics
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely, accurate order fulfilment while maintaining productivity

Maintain inventory accuracy, reduce losses, and coordinate stock replenishment
-
Lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, ensure targets, and train teams while fostering discipline
-
Ensure SOP adherence, monitor quality, improve processes, and manage returns efficiently
-
Coordinate with logistics partners, manage shipments, track deliveries, and resolve issues
-
Maintain reports, track KPIs, and ensure proper use of ERP systems
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
-
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in D2C / FMCG /

Cosmetics industry
Skills:
-
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
-
Working knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) and MS Excel
-
Excellent team management and leadership skills
-
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

Understanding of logistics coordination and dispatch planning
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
