- Overall responsibility for planning, execution, supervision and timely completion of the project.
- Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and the entire project execution team.
- Prepare and implement construction schedules, resource mobilisation plans and execution targets.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machinery, materials and other project resources.
- Monitor construction progress, productivity, project expenditure and achievement of contractual milestones.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and Management.
- Oversee procurement planning, material reconciliation, measurements, RA billing and subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain proper project documentation and submit periodic progress, performance and cost reports to Management.
- Identify project risks, resolve execution constraints and implement corrective measures to prevent delays.
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
