Position : SAP Project Manager

Arbeit Group is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to support a multinational technology environment and lead strategic SAP and business transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for senior project professionals with extensive experience managing SAP programs, cross-functional stakeholders, governance, compliance, executive reporting, and large-scale enterprise transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and drive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives
- Partner closely with stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, Finance, and Operations teams
- Coordinate with senior leadership, directors, and business managers to align business objectives and project outcomes
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, project reports, status updates, and leadership briefings
- Support business entity setup activities and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Drive governance processes, issue management, risk tracking, and program controls
- Organize training programs, communication plans, and user readiness initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technology solutions, and organizational goals
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or SAP Transformation roles
- Proven experience managing SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformation programs
- Strong experience working with multinational organizations and regional/global stakeholders
- Experience in Hi-Tech, Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Shared Services environments is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, business process transformation, and regulatory requirements
- Experience with executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, and senior leadership communications
- Excellent project planning, risk management, and organizational skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Currently residing in Indonesia
