- Evaluate and report the Legal Division’s annual performance and achievements to the Board of Directors.
- Oversee the preparation, management, and safekeeping of corporate legal documents, including Powers of Attorney (POA), Board of Directors Resolutions, and Board of Commissioners Resolutions.
- Manage corporate legal matters, excluding debtor-related litigation, and monitor fiduciary registration and corporate licensing across head office, branch, and area offices.
- Review the legality and compliance of third-party agreements and documentation related to facilities, infrastructure, and supporting services.
- Manage relationships with legal consultants and third-party service providers, including evaluating their performance in handling corporate legal matters nationwide.
- Coordinate Fit and Proper Test applications and processes for prospective members of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners in accordance with OJK and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Review and manage cooperation agreements with third parties and oversee cross-divisional projects involving the Legal Division.
- Coordinate with ORIX Corporation on corporate and operational legal matters.
