BUSINESS ANALYST - SAP (SUCCESSFACTORS) Contract | Hybrid Retail / FMCG Environment
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Business Analyst with SAP (SuccessFactors) experience to join a large enterprise environment on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, translating HR and business needs into effective system solutions, and supporting the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience as a Business Analyst within an enterprise environment.
- SAP or SuccessFactors experience, preferably within a large or complex organisation.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis and functional specification.
- Experience working with HR / Human Capital Management business processes.
- Strong understanding of business process modelling and documentation.
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Experience supporting system testing and UAT.
- Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements, priorities and stakeholders within a project environment.
