**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage end\-to\-end accounting operations and financial activities
Prepare and file GST Returns
Handle TDS filing, returns, and statutory compliance
Oversee cash handling and fund management
Supervise and lead the accounts team
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
Handle accounts payable \& receivable
Prepare financial statements and MIS reports
Manage inventory and cost accounting in manufacturing
Handle import \& export documentation and accounting
Ensure compliance with all statutory and audit requirements
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments
Report directly to the MD on financial performance and compliance
**Requirements:**
Minimum 2\+ years of experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of GST and TDS
Experience in manufacturing industry is mandatory
Knowledge of import \& export accounting
Experience in team handling and leadership
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent analytical and decision\-making skills
**Qualification:**
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Relevant degree
