Key Responsibilities:
- The Project coordinator will be responsible for managing CT Delivery unit programs/initiatives, highlight risks, driving improvements, and maintaining schedules. The Project coordinator will be working with various Value Streams leaders, engineers and customers to make sure their projects go smoothly.
- Review their programs/initiatives weekly for risks that could delay deliverables. Achieve this by working with the engineers and understanding the status of the tasks. Ensure smooth communications and service delivery over full engineering lifecycle, between client and end users.
- Be responsible for programs/initiatives planning and oversight of planned activities from beginning to end.
- Keep track of work in progress, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed as per schedule.
- Service as customer advocate between internal technical teams and customer technical teams.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates to the customer and Quest Global leadership on progress of deliverables.
- Identify and prioritize customer issues and coordinate with internal team to do PSR, RCAs, etc.
- Lead creation and management of change control procedure, product roadmap, risk register and build release procedure.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor in Engineering - Instrumentation, Electronics & Telecommunication, Cybersecurity or equivalent with 3+ years of experience.
- Proficient in English Language, excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various engineering teams.
- Proven track record in establishing and leading Project Management Support.
- Demonstrated ability to fully own and manage the PMO process, ensuring seamless coordination, governance, and execution across all project phases.
- Proficiency in utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Teams, Smartsheet, PowerBI or equivalent) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Conducting regular progress reviews and providing status updates to the project team.
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
