We are looking for an AI Developer with hands-on experience developing ChatGPT-powered solutions and voice bots. You will help build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-powered systems, including conversational agents and intelligent knowledge platforms, while working closely with business, data, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ChatGPT-powered applications, chatbots, and voice bots.
- Assess AI solutions and support system architecture and infrastructure planning.
- Set up and support development, production, and disaster recovery environments.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms.
- Work with business analysts, project teams, and data engineers to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Conduct system testing, performance testing, and security testing.
- Prepare technical documentation and support AI compliance requirements.
- Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing ChatGPT-powered solutions and voice bots.
- Experience in AI/ML development and conversational AI systems.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Working Requirements
- Fully onsite at Menara Sentral RAC, Kuala Lumpur.
- Independent contractor arrangement; EPF and SOCSO contributions are self-managed.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams on AI development, integration, testing, and deployment.
