Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance ChatGPT-powered applications, chatbots, and voice bots. Assess AI solutions and support system architecture and infrastructure planning. Set up and support development, production, and disaster recovery environments. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms. Work with business analysts, project teams, and data engineers to align technical solutions with business needs. Conduct system testing, performance testing, and security testing. Prepare technical documentation and support AI compliance requirements. Monitor system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Skills & Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing ChatGPT-powered solutions and voice bots. Experience in AI/ML development and conversational AI systems. Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise system integration. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps is an advantage. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Working Requirements Fully onsite at Menara Sentral RAC, Kuala Lumpur. Independent contractor arrangement; EPF and SOCSO contributions are self-managed. Able to work with cross-functional teams on AI development, integration, testing, and deployment.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
