About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can both build and manage. You will develop and maintain our products and lead delivery of the projects we take on. You will own features end to end, from database and APIs to the user interface and deployment. You will also guide a team of developers and keep their work aligned with the schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Product and Project Delivery
- Develop, enhance and maintain company products and client applications across front end, back end and APIs
- Turn business requirements into technical designs, tasks and estimates
- Take projects from development to go-live and post-launch support within agreed timelines
- Work with product, design and QA teams to plan, build and release new features
- Monitor production, fix issues quickly and keep technical documentation up to date
- Build reusable modules and components to speed up delivery across projects
Architecture and Development
- Design scalable application architecture, database schemas and REST APIs
- Build back-end services in Java / Spring Boot, and Node.js where suitable
- Build responsive front ends in React or Angular with TypeScript
- Design and optimise databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), including queries, indexing and data integrity
- Integrate third-party APIs and services such as payment gateways, messaging, authentication and partner APIs
- Apply secure coding: JWT/OAuth2 authentication, role-based access, encryption and audit logs
- Write unit and integration tests, and review code
DevOps and Cloud
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and dev, staging and production environments
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud (AWS preferred) using Docker
- Set up monitoring, logging, backups and alerts
AI in Development
- Use AI coding tools to work faster
- Build AI-powered features such as LLM integrations, chatbots, document processing and smart reports
- Review AI-generated code for quality and security
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, assign tasks and track progress
- Set coding standards, branching rules and review practices
- Plan sprints and align team work with the main team and leadership
- Coordinate with designers, QA, DevOps, clients and business teams
- Support hiring, onboarding and technical training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
- 4+ years of full stack development experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring developers
- Strong back-end skills in Java and Spring Boot: Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, microservices
- Strong front-end skills in React or Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, and Tailwind or Material UI
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL; exposure to Redis or MongoDB
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services
- Experience with Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins), Docker and AWS
- Understanding of application security: OWASP Top 10, encryption, secure authentication
- Hands-on use of AI tools for coding and problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects, estimate work and meet deadlines
- Good English communication and comfort working directly with clients; Telugu or Hindi is a plus
Good to Have
- Experience with payment, banking or fintech integrations
- Experience building enterprise or large-scale public-sector applications
- Exposure to mobile development (Android, Flutter or React Native)
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, RAG or AI agents into applications
- Knowledge of message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ) and high-volume systems
- Cloud or security certifications (AWS, Azure, CEH or similar)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
