Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant - Data Strategy and Engineering, you’ll help clients turn data challenges into practical strategies and technology solutions. You’ll guide projects from discovery through implementation, working with executives and cross-functional teams to improve processes and support organizational change. Your impact: By aligning data initiatives with business priorities, you help client teams make informed decisions and adopt solutions that work across their organizations.
Duties
- Develop data strategies, conduct research and analysis, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Lead technology project planning, business analysis, process mapping, and process improvement efforts.
- Support enterprise solutions implementation and large-scale organizational change management.
- Build trusted client relationships, communicate recommendations to executives, and collaborate across functions.
- Lead project teams and contribute to business development through client engagement and opportunity development.
Skills
- Strong strategic planning, data analysis, business analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in management or business consulting; consulting firm experience is preferred.
- Project management experience in technology, including project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of change management, process improvement, process mapping, and lean management.
- Clear client communication and verbal communication with executives; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
