**About the Opportunity**

Arj Global India is looking for an experienced **Senior Cyber Security Architect / Sub\-Domain Lead** to join a global enterprise transformation programme with one of the world’s leading retail organisations.

This is a hands\-on technical leadership role where you’ll lead cyber security initiatives across multiple engineering domains, ensuring secure\-by\-design principles are embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to design secure cloud solutions, conduct threat modelling, implement security controls, and drive cloud security best practices across enterprise\-scale Azure and Google Cloud environments.

**Key Responsibilities** ========================

* Lead and coordinate cyber security initiatives across multiple security sub\-domains. * Design and implement secure cloud architectures on **Microsoft Azure** and **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. * Define security architecture for APIs, integrations, and enterprise interfaces. * Facilitate **Threat Modelling** workshops during architecture and design phases. * Partner with engineering teams to embed Secure Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices. * Implement and promote **GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS)** and secure coding practices. * Support penetration testing activities by analysing vulnerabilities and guiding remediation. * Ensure security and privacy requirements align with enterprise cyber security standards. * Track security deliverables, risks, and remediation activities using **Jira**. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and product teams. * Contribute to security governance and continuous improvement initiatives. * Support secure adoption of AI solutions and understand AI/ML security risks. * Work collaboratively with architects, developers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.

**Essential Skills \& Experience** ==================================

### **Must Have**

* 8\+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Security Engineering, or Cloud Security. * Strong hands\-on experience designing secure cloud architectures in: + Microsoft Azure + Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Deep understanding of: + API Security + Integration Security + Secure Interface Design * Extensive experience conducting **Threat Modelling**. * Strong understanding of: + Cloud Security Controls + Identity \& Access Management + Network Security * Experience supporting or reviewing Penetration Testing activities. * Hands\-on experience with **GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS)**. * Strong knowledge of Secure Development Lifecycle (SSDLC). * Experience with security frameworks, cyber controls, and privacy best practices. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience working within Agile delivery teams. * Strong experience using Jira.

**Nice to Have** ================

* Understanding of SAP Infrastructure and SAP Security Architecture. * Experience securing enterprise SAP landscapes. * Knowledge of AI/ML security risks and secure AI adoption. * Experience within large enterprise transformation programmes.
