Role Description
- The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing and operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of products.
- This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and includes coordinating production schedules, managing inventory, and optimizing resource utilization.
- The role involves supervising cross-functional teams, monitoring compliance with safety and quality standards, and implementing process improvements.
- The Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership on operational planning, support vendor and supply chain management, and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong skills in process optimization, production planning, and workflow management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of ERP or similar enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and compliance standards relevant to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong people management and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in tool manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and manage operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
