Overview
As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you’ll help clients turn complex business challenges into clear strategies and practical plans. You’ll lead analysis, collaborate across functions, and guide implementation so organizations can improve processes and deliver lasting change. Your impact: By connecting strategic planning with effective execution, you help client teams make informed decisions and achieve smoother organizational change.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans through research, data analysis, business analysis, and structured problem-solving.
- Lead project management for technology initiatives, including enterprise solutions implementation, process mapping, and process improvement.
- Advise clients on change management, including large-scale organizational change management, and apply lean management approaches where appropriate.
- Build trusted client relationships through clear client communication and verbal communication with executives.
- Lead teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to business development.
Experience
- Experience in management consulting or business consulting; consulting firm experience is preferred.
- Project management experience, including work on technology projects, and demonstrated team leadership.
- Strong analysis skills, data analysis skills, research capabilities, and experience translating findings into recommendations.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, process improvement, process mapping, change management, and enterprise solutions implementation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong communication and collaboration skills.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
